Altrincham based property advisers Oakwood Valuation Surveyors is continuing its growth with the appointment of a new director. Chartered Surveyor Andrew Aspinall has joined the firm to work on progressing the property development arm. Since the business started two years ago, founder Graham Bowcock has established Oakwood as a leading provider of property valuations and expert witness reports throughout the North West.
Andrew Aspinall has significant property experience, having spent 19 years at Co-operative Group, having responsibility for strategic land holdings and commercial investments across the UK. He has also worked for Williams Tarr Developments, has a sound knowledge of the development process and is a Registered Valuer.
Andrew said “although Oakwood is a young business, I have already found depth to the client base and nature of work with such a variety of clients, ranging from banks to private landowners. There are already a number of sites under Promotion and Option agreements, with the largest at 94 acres. I am keen to speak to both landowners and developers about opportunities across the North West”.

Oakwood now has a team of ten, including staff working on property management and agency, based at Station House, Altrincham.
